Role Description

- Understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies and best practice technique.

- Business Transformation Architecture & Design skills and experience. Strong knowledge and ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions

- Strong ability to design new operating models

- Strong understanding of Business & Data flow designs and identification of lineages

- The ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, using multiple analysis techniques, reconcile variances and recommend proposals to senior and key stakeholders

- Advanced Business analysis requirements gathering and design techniques

- Proven delivery experience working in a global project environment with different methodologies (including Agile/Waterfall)

- Strong academic record coupled to good problem solving skills and analytical mind-set very advantageous

- Ability to advise stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives.

- Ability to present complex solutions in clear and concise language

Domain and Business Knowledge:

- Relevant years of experience in Business Transformation Architecture & Design skills.

- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders

- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines

 - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written - at all levels.
