Business Analyst to the CFO is responsible for working on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring a high degree of judgment, tact, creativity and initiative to resolve problems. The role is required to provide high-level, confidential and efficient services to the CFO. As Business Analyst to the CFO, you will take active interest in the success of the company and act as a - right arm- to the CFO. Your ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations, to accommodate different working styles, and to prioritize your own work will be key to your success.

Key Deliverables - 

- As a highly skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information flowing in and out of the CFO's office, correspondence and presentations for the CFO, and other executive support as needed.

- With your personable, reliable, diplomatic and professional demeanor, you will liaise between the CFO and management personnel, board members and other associates at circle. You will anticipate the CFO's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CFO in addressing issues.

- Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the CFO.

- You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items; drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting.

- With your ability to multi-task you will also provide some support to the other members of the management team and develop internal communications.

- You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery. You will choreograph complex projects, events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless.

- Your detailed and thorough analytical skills and attention to detail will be utilized in creating reports from data collected from various key stakeholders and presenting it in a format most relevant for the purpose. You will also be expected to add value to the assignments by your sheer intellect

- You will, with your strong sense of judgment and confidentiality, handle sensitive and confidential material and matters strictly in accordance with policy and instructions.

Key challenges will be around:

The role requires working in fast-paced, tight schedule environment. Comfort with managing executive leadership agendas to keep initiatives from derailing is one of the key challenges of the role. Also, regular follow-ups required in getting information from different stakeholders, spread across geographies.

Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:

- Tier I MBA / PGDBM /CA

- At least 3 + Years of Experience.

- Strong business acumen.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Positive, goal-oriented with strong work-ethics.

- Extreme attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office applications
