Business Analyst

Role Summary:

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle. A person who can juggle multiple roles at a time and be ready for any adverse condition.

Responsibilities:

- Own the measurement of key business metrics, across marketing, product, operations and experience

- Build a deep understanding of levers of those metrics, by diving into data and customer interactions

- Root-cause analysis of changes in those metrics

- Cross-functional collaboration to drive projects from hypothesis to completion

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in analytics domain

- Proficiency with Excel and SQL

- Understanding of fundamental concepts of analytics

- Curiosity to explore different business functions
