Key Responsibilities Position / Job Description :
- Understand all requirements end to end & identify potential areas of opportunities
- Performing requirements analysis
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding
- Perform research to identify business problems and ability to breakdown complex business issues to come up with solutions through extensive data analysis
- Participates and contribute in Concept/Design reviews.
- Drive best practices through business processes knowledge
- Gather critical info from meeting with various stakeholder and publish report
- Translate business requirements, develop business cases, and recommend solutions.
- Transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, developer and ensure that all flows, dependencies, integration and features across the product are met.
- Reviews and contribute to functional design documents, user stories and other functional artifacts to ensure that they are in alignment with the Business need.
- Work with project management to build the workshop and delivery plan
- Work with the service delivery/development teams in driving project and program road map
- Work closely with clients, dev team and testers for smooth functioning of project
- Test the existing and new product capabilities to ensure the quality of the product is high.

Key Competencies:
Location: Chennai
- Proven experience and knowledge in the areas of supply chain management including (SCM Analytics transformation, SCM digital transformation)
- Familiar with the next generation supply chain cloud platforms and data science methods for predictive and prescriptive analytics in supply chain domain
- Have a deep understanding of end to end supply chain/ OTC business processes
- Strong hands on experience and knowledge in the areas of supply chain management ( O2C, Supply chain and demand management, SCM transformation, SCM planning and execution, etc.)
- Should be able to translate High level Business requirement into detail business requirement and Functional design
- Good Understanding of Business Flows and Processes documentation - BPMN
- Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving
- Detailed and concise written communication and documentation skills
- Should have exposure on writing System Test outline and System Test Scripts
- Exposure to automation is preferable
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls
- Subject matter expertise in solutions designing and enhancements, business process re-engineering, and business process mapping
- Ability to work in a team and willing to work on tight timelines
- Experience working in Agile projects
Experience in Oil and Gas industry would be an added advantage
