Business Analyst - Supply Chain Domain (1-7 yrs)

Looking for a Business Analyst for a reputed Footwear brand based in Delhi.

Only Individual from Supply Chain Domain are applicable.

Location : Delhi

CTC : Upto 15 LPA

Experience : 1- 7 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analytics / Complex Problem Solving - Analyze, study and interpret data; Deep-dive into data trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities; Assist in monthly production planning; Create data models to identify sales patterns linked activation / campaigns

- Analytics Function SPOC - Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data repository and develop metrics to analyze pertinent information and share insights through various reports, dashboards on sustainable basis

- Stakeholder Management - Effective stakeholder management while interaction & data / insights collation from multiple senior stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Purchase and Marketing functions

- System & process improvement - Identify and develop processes and improvements for automation of reports and faster decision-making tools

- Implementation of Strategic initiatives - Collaborate with sales & marketing team on creating engagement strategies based on data driven insights

- Engagement with Leadership - Identify trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data - highlight the same to management with succinct recommendations for quick decision making
