Business Analyst - Software

Job Responsibilities:-

- Must be Chartered Accountant (CA)

Business Analyst roles as they exist today deal specifically with Software Projects & Business change.

In a business - focused role, you might have the following responsibilities:

- Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.

- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

- Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.

- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.

In a technology-focused role, you might have the following responsibilities:

- Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.

- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.

- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.

- Produce regular reports and analysis, write systems queries to gather data, perform data-mining and

- Gather and Analyze Business requirements of the change request by reading Business Requirement Documents and Interacting with Customers

- Convert Business Requirement Document into Functional Specification Document and take sign off from the client and develop forecasts, as well as identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements

- Identify and lead projects to improve business performance. Own, develop and maintain metrics allowing more granular explanations of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business report trends and driving the prioritization of Quality/Cost Improvements projects

- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems

- Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practice in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
