Position - Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst Location - Bangalore, India. The employer is a global leader in education media and technology serving thousands of universities and millions of users worldwide, transforming student recruitment, international mobility, international partnerships and strategic data management. The position is part of the product management team to help build global scale cutting edge products. The role translates the business requirements into features and work with product engineering and UX team to productize it. Key Responsibilities: - Convert high level business requirements to product features - Create and Own detailed requirements as user stories - Document and maintain business model canvas for the product - Research, develop and maintain user personas - Work with UX Team to develop UIs based on the requirements - Be a liaison for the product engineering team - Active participation in scrum meetings - Ensure the released features are as per requirements - Perform market analysis, document market opportunities and use cases - Keep tab on industry trends, document it, prepare competitive and product SWOT analysis - Understand the existing product thoroughly and demo it. - Create and disburse product usage and operation reports - Create and manage product marketing collaterals based on inputs Education &amp; Experience : - Engineering graduate (NIT/IIT) with an MBA (Optional) - Minimum 3+ years experience as business analyst. Experience as part of product engineering / management team would be a bonus - Exceptional business communication, technical writing and presentation skills - Experience in Agile based product development - Experience in working with an established products is desirable - People management, influence people without having formal reporting structure
