- 5-10 years successful experience with business analysis, process mapping, design of complex systems and processes, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system requirements

- Understand customer's business and work with the project's stakeholders in understanding requirements

- Possess business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation and user surveys, and analyse data to identify a solution to a business issue

- Listen effectively and communicate with a variety of people holding different organizational roles to identify operational and application requirements for a system's usual functions as well as error handling requirements

- Excellent writing skills to be able to explain customer requirements clearly

- Document requirements with tools such as flowcharts and Unified Modelling Language

- Proven ability to function both independently and as part of a team

- Defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies

- Collect,Identify and prioritize the system requirements

- Elicit and document system functional and non-functional requirements

- Communicate with project stakeholders regarding Scope changes

- Strong analytical experience in developing, implementing, maintaining and upgrading complex application systems

- Act as an intermediary between the customer and the development team throughout a project's life cycle

- Ensure that the requirements reflect the end users needs and that the system being developed reflects the requirements

- Prepare requirements documents, user manuals, traceability matrices, business process documents

- Capable of identifying business improvements for the customer

- Good working knowledge of desktop PC applications, including MS Office, Visio, Excel, MS Project.

- Experienced in wireframing screens

- Be responsible for deliverables

Desired Skills -

- Working in the Agile development model (preferred, but not essential)

- Knowledge of wireframing tools like Visio, Pencil, etc

- Knowledge or experience in proposal development and writing will be an added advantage

- Strong knowledge in current trends of education industry

- Experience in ERP implementation projects
