Position: Business Analyst RPA - 6 Month Contract The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Responsibilities : - Analyze client processes and identifies automation opportunities using RPA tool like UiPath - Should be able to do the time and motion study of the business processes in the system - Able to draft the process maps as per the study conducted including the exception handling. - Should be able to calculate the FTE required for the process to execute - FTE savings with the implementation of RPA - Maintain the standards documents Skills &amp; Experience - 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, - Good understanding of Business Process designing, process elicitation, As-is and To be processed, Solution designing, drafting PDD and SDDs - Excellent communications skills interacting with technical and business audience - Strong interpersonal skills and a history of building strong relationships with clients - Functional knowledge of Finance, O2C, P2P, R2R. - Proven documentation skills including proficiency with the documentation and documentation maintenance for process workflow diagrams. - Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications - Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar - Work experience in RPA - Certified in UiPath - Prior working experience in any ERP is preferred - Seniority Level - Mid-Senior level Job Functions : Information Technology
