We are handling Interim/Contract mandates for a Client - a preeminent Asian based NBFC in Mumbai and are trying to identify Business Analyst (Risk and Finance role, non IT)

Duration : 12-24 Months.

Location : Powai - Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Business Analysis - Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions mapping business requirements to Functional solutions Creating Functional specifications from which developers can create application solutions.

- Functional Specification : Solution Prototype/ Working Model level specifications of all processing Implementation - User training and coordination for UAT, Coordination between regional technical teams and global development team, Regional support at implementation time.

- Project Management : Regional - point of contact- for the project, Liaison between regional business users and global PMs for prioritization etc.

- Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones typical tasks involve analysis of business requirement requests, definition of technical specifications, liaising with Development Team and Management to complete development, support of UAT, training and business level support at implementation.

- Candidate must be a good team player, have strong techno-functional skills and be able to work flexible hours (including occasional weekend work).

Risk :

- Good to have a CFA/FRM with Risk understanding in banking domain

- Should be known to Risk Data, Data Modelling, Data Analysis, Book Entity.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate with background of finance and accounting with minimum 5-8 years of experience. If he is a CFA or FRM with Credit Risk/ Market Risk understanding, it's a perfect fitment.

Mandatory :

- Broad knowledge and understanding of the various Finance functions in investment banking - Product Control, Financial Control, Treasury and Expense Management.

- Solid understanding of products - equity, derivatives assets, fixed income, FX Good communication (including influencing & coordination), documentation and presentation skills

- At least 5 years work experience, out of which at least 3 years in the financial services industry.

CTC : 18-24 L/annum

Start Date : Immediate

Please note additional info :

- Candidates need not be BE or tech guys, can be finance/accounts graduates too & CFA or FRM or any Risk certification

- Banking Regulatory knowledge : Understanding of Risk data, Data modelling, Data Analysis, Book entity, credit and market risk.(Any of it would be good to have)

- Key role : Making BRD (Business Requirement document), UAT, testing, Process Data Diagram and strong data analytics skills.

- Strong communication skills as this will involve interactions with multiple regional stakeholders.
