Key Responsibility:-

- Proactively scan the business environment to identify and evaluate business opportunities and challenges, and track competition / regulatory scenarios. Highlight relevant strategic insights to the top management.

- Take ownership of analysis of periodic (monthly) reporting activities and other top management reviews.

- Prepare and validate business plans including financial models for existing projects and new opportunities. Interface with consultants on the above, as required.

- Monitor the operations of and provide strategic advice and identify opportunities to create additional value (as required on project basis).

- Actively support the business development efforts of the top management in reaching out to potential global and domestic alliances and in structuring, setting up and initial operations of new alliances.

- Drive strategic projects that fall out of functional boundaries.

- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.

- Consult with Business unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements.

- Serve as an on-going subject matter expert and evangelist for data and associated capabilities. Help CEO understand and take advantage of the benefits of the data warehouse, as well as associated marketing automation, business intelligence and analytic capabilities.
