Business Analyst - Reporting - Asset Management Firm

Our client is a leading global asset management company having a strong network across the globe. They are looking for change managers for their Pune Reporting Team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Identify the business challenges and opportunities and provide solutions based on business, statistical, and data analysis, to make strategic decisions.

- Develop, support, test the supporting applications & upgrade the system used in the team.

- Working closely with the Reporting & cross-functional teams for various process/projects for smooth implementation.

- Maintain a balance between functional and management responsibilities.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Strong experience in quality assurance testing for Reporting and Revenue applications (preference : SimCorp Corric and Revport or Jasper Reporting) or similar roles.

- Min 6+ years of experience in the either in Reporting or project management in similar field.

- Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills along with intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.

- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as SQL, RDBMS, Database - (develop, deploy and manage) as well as a track record of success in complex projects and change initiatives.
