Business Analyst - Real Estate 

Our client is a leading conglomerate with operations in multiple sectors. They own and operate world-class projects and have attained leadership status in multiple categories. The group is expanding at a very large scale and aim to be leaders in developing Flagship projects. They are looking for Business Analyst for their Real Estate division to be based in Bangalore with following KRAs but not limited to this:

1. Responsible for supporting all transaction work and performing all financial analysis pertaining to various aspects of the Real Estate business including joint development and own development.

2. Building and maintaining detailed financial models including revenue and cash-flow projections, segment analysis, valuations, and scenario analyses.

3. Identifying and researching on investors and potential clients.

4. Maintaining data-base of the potential targets/prospects for showing them various ideas/options/development prospects.

5. Preparing pitchbooks/presentations and other collateral.

6. Financial modelling and valuation analysis for transactions.

7. Competitive benchmarking and preparation of market comps.

8. Market/industry research with impact of change in regulatory and business environment.

9. Ability to lead/support projects involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment to overall objectives and project timelines.

10. Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting & analyzing changes against given baseline.

11. The role reports to the CEO of Real Estate division and requires a deep understanding of deal economics and real estate portfolio management and maturity to work with/support the leadership.

Incumbent should have at least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Investment.

Ideal candidate should have full time Engineering from IIT/NIT and MBA from IIM/ISB.
