Business Analyst We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Business Analyst. Role Responsibilities : - Manage month-end financial reporting, forecast, and annual budgeting process for the India PDS business - Responsible for business analysis including P&L management for all 8 regions comprising India business. - Business partner with PDS local & regional teams across India to improve finance-related and other operational processes - Provide analysis on monthly financial results against budget, forecast and prior year as well as project profitability - Deep dive into various financial systems to drill down into financial results and transactions where required - Work with other functional groups such as Finance and HR to support operational business needs - Responsible for market trend updates, competitive analysis & business development opportunities - Forecasting revenue & cost optimization for the PAN India business - Prepare ad-hoc presentations, analysis, BI reports & dashboards as required by the PDS Leadership team - Work with the PDS Leadership team to formulate and execute business strategies Role Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in business administration/economics/Engineering or equivalent subject. - MBA in Finance from Tier 1 colleges - Overall 3 to 6 years of experience - At least 2 years of working experience in Big 4 audit firms or other relevant work experience in large multinational companies. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, managing massive data sets and presenting them in meaningful Financial summaries. - Good presentation & Communication skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills
