Business Analyst - R/Python/SAS - EdTech Firm (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to): -
- Use data and insights derived from data analysis to drive processes improvements so that Great Learning's business requirements are met
- Design experiments across user groups to identify attributes that lead to higher engagement, satisfaction and course completion
- Analyze data across assessments (grades, submissions), attendance and user engagement (logins, reading content, watching videos etc) to look for behavioral patterns
- Develop models that predict the likely hood of falling behind / dropping out and design - interventions to prevent this
- Design, build and improve management dashboards to visualize performance and progress
Relevant Background
- Qualification: Bachelors in a quantitative program such as statistics or engineering from a top-ranked college or Masters in business analytics from a top-ranked business school
- Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in analytics
