Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst/Project Manager will drive business process analysis, identify optimisation opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments, this role will contribute to enhancing systems, workflows, and strategies to improve efficiency and align with organisational objectives. Additionally, the role will support the Strategy team with project management and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Produce clear, concise documentation to capture requirements effectively.
Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. Develop "As Is" and "To Be" process flow diagrams to visualize and communicate proposed changes.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user stories. Communicate meeting outcomes effectively and refine documentation based on insights gathered.
Solution Proposal: Work with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions to address business challenges. Ensure proposed solutions are executable and aligned with organizational objectives.
Data Analysis/Analytics: Analyse data sets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. Produce insight reports to inform strategic initiatives.
Project Management: Execute and manage projects to deliver solutions to business problems. Demonstrate adaptability and proficiency in program management.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for a Master's in Business Administration (Strategy, Systems, or Market Research).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' industry experience, with 3-4 years in a similar role. Experience in well-known Business Organisations and Consulting Firms is preferred, with exposure to organisational transformation roles considered advantageous.
Other Traits: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with project management principles, and adaptability to changing priorities.
