Business Analyst/Project Manager - Digital Banking Transformation program - Big4 Consulting

Project Manager:

- Proven experience in managing complex Digital Banking Transformation program in an Agile way of working

- Good understanding of any streams in commercial & retail banking - Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, Cards, Payments as examples

- Excellent communications skills and Global stakeholder management skills & Governance skills

- Ability to bring the project team together, motivate them and ensure projects are delivered to scope, time and budget.

- MP, Prince2 certifications will be added advantage

Business Analyst:

- Strong experience as a BA, eliciting requirements from Business/ Operations teams and effectively working with technology teams for delivering the digital transformation initiatives

- Hands on experience in Agile frameworks projects

- Support the end-to-end digital process, from design through to user story / product backlog creation and work with development team, testing and deployment and are fit for purpose to release to customers. Drive design of customer / user journey with UX team

- Develop user-acceptance test strategies and plans to support business/customer signoffs, ensuring the product is fit for purpose
