Business Analyst/Project Manager - BPM - Operational Risk Domain - Banking

Mission and main activities:

In the context of the deployment / evolution of our tools, the mission mainly consists in handling the following tasks:

Modeling and configuration:

- Modelling of Operational Processes in the Aris Business Designer tool

- Control Plan setup in the ARIS Risk and Compliance Manager tool

- Configuration of periodical reports in the reporting tool

- Drafting of Business Requirements addressed to IT teams

- Construction and execution of Test Plans for validation of new developments and/or configurations

- Project management for the Deployment of the solution

- Workload and cost estimation

- Setup and follow-up of roadmaps, work schedules

- Organization of scoping meetings, deployment and user training workshops

- Change management support for high volume of users

- Post-deployment support and response to technical issues

Requirements and skills :

- At least 4 years of Project Management experience

- Significant Banking experience

- BPM approach prior knowledge

- Prior expertise of the ARIS tool is an asset

- Prior experience in Operational Risk Management is an asset

Considering the wide geographic and business type coverage of the application, English skills are imperative for this position.
