Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Program & Change Delivery
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Process Analysis :
- Identify opportunity for process improvement
- Understand the AS IS and TO BE process and perform gap analysis
- Perform Stakeholder Impact analysis
- Process Simplification
- Execute Change management process
Documentation :
- Preparing Business requirement and Finance requirement document for the project
- Drafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Designing Process Maps
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand the roles and responsibilities of each team in a process
- Work on Holocentric and MS VISIO tool to prepare end to end process flow.
- Documenting Project requirement on Confluence and JIRA tool
Testing :
- Managing varied type of testing including UAT/IAT testing
- Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to execute the test as per plan
- Preparing the overall testing briefing pack and draft test case/sceneries
- Involved in performing the test and preparing dashboard/reports to share status with stakeholders
- Drive meeting to discuss the test results and obtain sign off from stakeholders
Qualifications/Minimum qualifications :
- MBA Finance/CA
- Certified Business Analyst
- Minimum 4 years Finance Projects experience
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience of Requirement Gathering (FRD /BRD)
- Experience of Process Mapping
- Experience of Impact Assessment
- Experience of working with diverse stakeholder and dynamic environment
- Experience in project environment with strong Accounting and Finance knowledge
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written as the role involved regular interaction and management of onshore counterparts.
- Good MS office skills
- Good understanding of accounting concepts
- Eye for detail and quick response time
- Capability to handle project independently with minimum supervision
- Capability to handle multiple projects
