Business Analyst (Product Owner)

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- 7+ years- experience with experience as a business analyst for a product company.

- Have 80% USA healthcare business knowledge and 20% technology.

- Understanding and experience with standard claim Electronic Data Interchange file formats and protocols such as 837, 835, 277, 999 among others

- Hands-on experience with EDI X12 837 transaction set.

- Hands on experience of knowledge of medical claim file contents ( HCFA-1500) and significance of individual fields

- Comprehensive knowledge of EOB/ERA.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in Healthcare data operations, specifically with billing and Claims

- Experience working with Request Management tools like HP QC, ReqPro, JIRA, or similar industry standard tools.

- Ability to perform typical business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing to meet business needs.

- End to End knowledge of Healthcare

- Strong SQL Server Management Studio experience or similar products.

- Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices

- Able to complete assignment with minimal direction (self-starter)

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear business requirements and CoAction capabilities.

- Maintains excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and technical delivery team.
