SME Business Excellence team is a unit within SME division of Wholesale banking that is responsible for identifying and executing management strategies to drive the key objectives of Transformation, Growth and Profitability for the division.

Job Role

- Support the leadership team to formulate and drive the strategy for growth, transformation and profitability

- Closely work with BH and leadership team of SME to solve key business challenges such as acquisition, portfolio control, efficiency, customer service etc through digital/automation/outsourcing initiatives

- Competition benchmarking, scouting Fintech ecosystem and remaining updated with emerging trends in banking industry, to conceptualize executable ideas and present it to management for their buy-in

- Work with BSG/Digital team and other support functions to identify and evaluate third party digital solutions or leverage existing internal solutions to solve for various business needs

- Work in collaboration with analytics team to scope out and drive various analytics related use cases for the business

- Work with cross-functional teams including digital, sales, analytics functions to conduct proof of concepts and lead successful ones into implementation

- Drive digital adoption across SME by designing and running internal and external campaigns

Job Requirements:

- Strong command on MS Excel/Power point

- Excellent understanding of technology, good communication and techno functional skill

- Good understanding of the current digital trends and Fintech ecosystem

- Ability to handle ambiguity along with strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders for driving key strategic initiatives with minimal oversight

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
