Responsibilities: - Should demonstrate strong fundamentals on Pharma domain, project management, client influencing and relationship building skills - Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis based on client requirements and assists in the development of client solutions - Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes - Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications - Seamlessly integrate analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources like market sales, CRM, prescription, patient, call activity, accounts etc. - Develop presentations with clear storylines and concise conclusions and recommendations aligned with the strategies and objectives of the organization. - Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems and serve as key point of contact with client - Ensure delivery of high-quality content that meets the needs and objectives of the client and target audience. Job Skills Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate Degree in Life Sciences with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in direct client facing role within Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/ Consulting/ Professional Services Outsourcing company in delivering commercial analytics projects - Strong fundamentals in problem solving, complexity analysis, data visualization and understanding about the healthcare datasets - Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience working in Oncology/Specialty Products/Consumer Healthcare /Rare disease is preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals - Strong skills in manipulation of large complex data sets - High motivation, strong work-ethic and positive attitude while working under tight timelines - Strong attention to detail, and focus on quality - Dedication to continuous learning - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with both technical and business people; ability to speak at a level appropriate for the audience
