BA - Payments

- Experience of working on SWIFT (MT 103, MT101, MT202, MT202 Cov)

- Experience of ISO 20022 migration

- SWIFT transformation of MT to MX worldwide for all banking payment & non-payment messages

- Ability to manage global and regional senior stakeholders.

- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.

- Hands-on with change framework/project management frameworks

- Strong communicator and be able to drive independent workshops and projects

- 8+ years of experience as a BA
