Business Analyst - NBFC

Job Opening for Business Analyst with NBFC Company based at Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Demonstrated experience of 1-5 years in business analyst role in NBFC/HFC/Bank/Product company with complete understanding of SDLC

2. Hands on experience in business analyst role with various applications . Experience in applications related to Lending system will be an added advantage . (LOS, LMS, Customer Service/portal, Risk, BRE, Bureau, collections, mobile apps etc)

3. Ability to Engage with business users for requirement analysis and evaluating the business processes

4. Ability to conceptualize new solutions leveraging technology impacting business

5. Ability to write business requirement/review Business Requirement Document (BRD) /Design approach/Functional Specification Document (FSD)

6. Ability to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate UAT by business users

7. Assess change-proposals and find technological solutions in existing IT system to the business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders and partners

8. Interacting with external IT solution provider / technology partners and management of solution provider /technology partners.

9. Estimate efforts, negotiate and sign-off on the estimated efforts shared by the solution provider.

10. Ensure solution delivered meets business needs, expectations and IT policy compliance

11. Excellent communication skills
