Business Analyst - Market Risk - BFS

The person would be involved in implementation and support of Market Risk applications.

- Understand business requirements and map requirements to Functional solutions.

- Implementation, UAT, User training and coordination with various departments such as product team, Operations for requirement gatherings . Liaise with IT, Vendors for support.

- Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones; typical tasks involve analysis of business requirements, liaising with development team, UAT and training.

- Thorough analysis of system production issues faced and provide effective solutions.

- Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention

Qualities Expected :

- Strong understanding of Market Risk products (Equites, Fixed Income, FX and derivatives).

- Relevant knowledge and experience in market risk domain. Understanding of Market Risk drivers (VaR, Stress VaR and risk sensitivity, etc.) and Valuations (FIMMDA, FEDAI, etc.).

- Experience of working in implementation projects, preferably as a BA.

- Knowledge of FRTB, SACCR will be a plus point

- Good communication and documentation skills (including influencing & coordination)

- Ability to analyze complex data and present it to management and other stakeholders in a meaningful way.
