Business Analyst/Manager - Target Operating Model - BFSI (6-10 yrs)
- Definition and implementation of future state front-to-back Operating model in line with Business Objectives
- Front-to-Back Project identification, timeline and rollout schedule
- Definition of standard Target Architecture across all sites in scope
- Analysis to determine where processes and architecture deviate from target state and identify the reasons why
- Determine what action is required to remediate and bring sites in line with Target state
- Identify portfolio of projects that are necessary in order to achieve the Target state architecture and Operating model including dependencies with existing projects already in flight
- Collaborate with impacted system owners to estimate resources and budget required for the identified projects.
- Obtain approvals to proceed with the portfolio of projects from the Project Steering committee.
