- Lead projects and enhancements related to corporate Lending and Limits

- Upon receiving request for initiation of project (from Seniors / stakeholders), discuss with Team leader for preparation of initiation

- Prepare functional documents, project plans, prepare/review solution documents, getting signoff on the requirements from stakeholders, prepare Test Cases, configuring systems, conducting UAT

- Understanding system functionalities and map user requirements to the functionalities, provide solutions

- Ensure proper tracking of issues, escalation to seniors for critical issues and timely closure

- Complete activities as per plan for activities assigned

- Extensively liaison with Operations, Business Support and IT departments.

- Handle discussions with vendors/ consultants, for project scoping, planning, documentation, timelines and delivery

Job Requirements

- Sound understanding of Loans, Limits, Trade and related processes

- Hands-on experience on Loans and Limits module in systems as a Business Analyst or End User. Should have worked in Loans systems implementation or support

- Prior work experience in lending technology domain for at-least 3 years, overall experience of 7-10 years.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good understanding of project management life cycle. Good at planning, stakeholder management and execution

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, comfortable in making project related documents.

- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skill-set and demonstrate strong application.

- Good communication (both verbal and written) and ability to work as a team player.
