Job Description : Job Title : Business Analyst - API Banking COE Department : API Banking COE Location : Mumbai A.Position Purpose : Deliver key projects / Change Requests as a business analyst / project manager in API Banking COE B. Position Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : 1. Project implementation for Digital Business 2. Define functional requirements for automation of existing systems/ development of new system. 3. Be an interface between technology and business / operational teams to provide functional expertise to set up processes. Counsel the business and operational users of liability products on process modifications to increase output and ease the operational work. 4. Ensuring Quality testing and should have full control on the project implementation 5. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in process and system implementation 6. Review the changes happening in the Industry and implement ideas and innovation for the Business in the Mobile Banking domain 7. Prepare various progress / MIS reports for sponsors &amp; Senior Management. 8. Interact with end customers for various integrations and support 9. Define service SLA and handle service expectations. Automate the process to reduce dependency on service team 10. Automate manual operations to reduce TAT and increase efficiency C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement : Experience : Essential - Experience of 7 to 10 years in Indian Banks with minimum 5 years- experience in Liability and Payments domain &amp; preferably CMS - Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities as part of the job. - Should be able to document end to end process for the product for the Bank. - Should have extensive subject matter expertise in Finacle core banking - Should have knowledge in Card products, prepaid &amp; gift card - Digital orientation and market happening - Technology Orientation. - Understanding on aggregation business and payment settlements - Understand various system touch points D. Competency Requirements : a. Technical Skills : Skill Attribute : - Payment and Account Opening systems Understanding of the solutions around the Liability and account opening system solution - Customer Journey Should understand customer journey and banking life cycle requirements - Payments and settlements Understand how the payment settlement happens for various mode of payments and how the settlements happens in case of collection business. - MIS Should understand and give solution around MIS/Analytical solution for customer and internal stake holders b.
