Business Analyst Lead - Private Equity Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- This is a managerial level Business Analyst lead role for a leading Private Equity Firm

- The successful applicant's primary role is to undertake financial analysis in support of potential acquisitions, funding, ongoing management and realisation of the Private Equity portfolio of investments. This will include a significant focus on, and accountability for the financial modelling as well as providing analytical and transactional project support

- Build financial models to assess the value and evaluate risk of potential company and asset portfolio acquisitions, incorporating financial projections, asset based cash flow and/or ALM analysis where required

- Preparation of investment analyses, including market scoping, financial modelling and scenario analysis and risk assessment for presentation to internal and external constituents

- Participate in financial modelling, structuring and arranging of debt facilities for target and portfolio companies

- 8+ years financial analysis experience / training in a financial institution

- Preferably MBA Finance from Premier Institute
 
- At least 3+ years in managerial/leadership role
