Job Description:
A Business Analyst with Compliance Change management and/or BAU experience to work and coordinate with stakeholders - Compliance, other business areas and Information Technology & Operations - to deliver business and infrastructure changes. The CRS change team is responsible for defining and driving discretionary change across various Compliance/Risk systems.
The team plays a pivotal role in improving solution alignment, delivering quality, and realizing resource and budget efficiencies through a centre of excellence approach.
Role Description :
- Develop and deploy target operating model
- Integration of data aggregator into end-to-end KYC process - Good to have
- Work with business units (BU), compliance stakeholders to drive process improvements
- Work with project manager and business sponsors to scope and analyse the area of analysis
- Focus on quality improvement initiatives that strive to create a quality-conscious culture, decrease regulatory risk and error trends, and increase stakeholder satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement agenda by suggesting process and procedure improvements as well as training and communication opportunities discovered from the quality review process
- Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams
- Work in - onshore- and - offshore- mode

Experience Required :
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Risks and Controls
- Regulatory knowledge and capital markets knowledge
Experience Preferred :
- Experience with AML-KYC Regulations
- Work at or with Regulators
- Experience with Regulatory Exams
- Experience working in Compliance, Internal Audit or Regulatory Operations in Financial Services
