Business Analyst - IT (5-12 yrs)

Our Client:

Our Client is a front runner of the digital payments revolution in India, creating Internet-based payments products that enable consumers to make payments online in a frictionless manner. A product and service of over 10 years of market leadership, our client provides a single versatile, scalable payments platform for enterprise-wide electronic payments and collections, related reconciliation and settlement operations, across multiple delivery channels and using a wide range of payment methods.

About the role:

The incumbent would be responsible for analysis and development of digital payment products to suit client / customer requirements. It has external as well as internal interface and will engage with stakeholders like client / customer (external), IT / Technology team, operations team, business team (internal stakeholders) etc.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Requirement gathering by interacting with the client / customer

- Preparing various documents like BRD, FSD etc.

- Development of the product in line with the requirements and specified timelines

- Deployment at client / customer site and initial handholding till product stabilizes

Qualifications:

- B Sc. (IT) / B Sc. (Computers) / B Tech / BE is a must

Post graduation in Computers / IT / Systems will be added advantage

Experience:

- 5 to 12 years of experience as an Business / Technical Analyst in the area of digital payment products like upi, payment gateways, qr codes, wallets etc.

Skills:

- Sound knowledge of SDLC

- Experience of documentation, UAT etc.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
