Primary Role:
- Understand user requirements and Preparing IT Requirement documents as per the functional need.
- Coordinate and explain IT team for user requirements.
- Coordinate with the external parties for integrated developments.
- Ensure smooth development of the given requirements and Provide Clarity wherever required by IT team.
- Perform UAT for developed systems.
- Give training to users for new developed systems.
- Prepare process documents and ensure it is updated as and when there is any change in the process/ System.
- Presentation of new systems wherever required.
- Preparing Demo and user manuals for new systems.
