Job Description :

1. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and performance of tech-architecture and digital assets of the flagship unit including existing internal and external systems and software.

2. Gain a deep understanding of business requirements at POS as well as post sale service levels, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that can improve customer experience and stimulate growth indicators.

3. Translate business briefs into detailed business requirement documents, conduct market research for prototypes, build POC's and lead end-to-end execution along with departmental HOD's.

4. Regularly scout market for new agencies, vendors and latest technologies available for business enhancements.

5. Scope and prioritize activities in the digital product development roadmap based on business and customer impact

6. Work closely with external and internal tech teams to deliver with quick time-to-market planning and execution.

7. Manage tech related issues and ticketing for internal stakeholders by understand technical challenges and providing solution in collaboration with tech vendors and partners.

8. Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timeline to identify and meet critical business mile stones

9. Should be able to manage CEO expectations by delivering projects within defined project scope and timeline.

10. Custodian of tech vendor relationship management and leading tech innovation and product development.
