Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work Closely with the CEO office as regards the Business analysis requirements.

- Map and Track competition products, pricing and processes

- Business Analysis and Process Improvement

- Partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify strengths and weaknesses within business units Document business processes (Current and Future State).

- Analyse processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

- Drive new procedures, processes, and solutions within and between teams.

- Delivery of solutions.

- Gather and translate business needs into product backlogs and feature requirements.

- Lead projects with internal and manage 3rd Party partners as part of the delivery of solutions.

- Test, configure, lead UAT and handoff solutions to end-users.

- Act as an intermediary between technical and operational teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

- Support large initiatives with relevant project management methodology.

- Support existing systems

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to end-users in owned systems.

- Manage systems roadmap, capture opportunities and facilitate lasting improvements.

- Create training documentation and train users on delivered solutions.

- Identify, analyse, respond to and track bugs to their resolution.

- Drive adoption and value by a continued partnership with business users and SMEs.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through the alignment of people, processes and technology.

Skills required:

- Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, Power BI, visualization tools and Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA)

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to grasp the fundamentals of technology platforms and tools and able to communicate proposed IT solutions to different audiences.

- Exposure or appreciation of agile development and comfortable working in an agile delivery environment.

- Ability to document clear requirements through user stories or functional specifications.

- Any experience of frontend or backend web development and IT infrastructure concepts is desirable.
