Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business requirement translation, with a focus on prototyping, flow charts, and screen design. The candidate should be able to work efficiently with clients to gather requirements and execute work with the team. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of MBA principles and experience working in an auto-pilot model. The position is open to MBA graduates with any stream and experience in any domain and industry.

Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear and concise business requirements.

- Develop prototypes, flow charts, and new screen designs to support the business requirements.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure the project is executed efficiently and accurately.

- Ensure the process is in place and run the organization in a system-driven auto-pilot model.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.

- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

- MBA degree is a must.

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Experience working in an auto-pilot model is preferred.

Screen Design: Figma, Canva

Project Management: Jira, Trello, Asana

Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
