Business Analyst-Internet/Online-IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the analytics solutions and architecture for our OTT Product with a clear objective to support and deliver business goals
- Support the project management office (PMO)for the Digital business. This includes daily interaction and tracking with the business teams across the local and international office
- Work cross-functionally with business heads and teams across product, technology, marketing, content, finance and legal functions to ensure projects are delivered on-time
- Identify, implement and manage working relationships with various external analytics providers such as GA/MixPanel/ConViva(names for reference only)
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure accurate data tracking and smooth flow of information across various stakeholders
- Organize data inputs from third-party platforms (content apps/telcos) and provide action items for content and marketing teams
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to organize the data stack and build new capabilities and intelligence in data mining
- Develop a full-scale content recommendation capability and constantly optimize for higher user adoption and engagement metrics within the app
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Self-starter-proactive in setting and meeting goals, with limited supervision
- 5-7 years of hands-on business analysis and/or operational analytics experience. An OTT experience would be preferred
- MBA from a premier institute
- Masters in Statistics/Maths from premier colleges would be an advantage
- Clear and contagious passion for content with a marketing mindset
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented and an ability to think on his/her feet
- Proven track record of working on successful products (direct to consumer/mobile preferred)
- Learning and collaborative agility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
