Business Analyst - Insurance Domain (6-10 yrs)
Qualifications- Bachelor or Master degree in a computer technology related discipline
- Relevant experience 3 - 5 Years of experience of total 6-10 years
Key Requirement for the Position:
- Should have 6 to 8 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Problem analytical skills, problem solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in team.
- Proficiency attained in UML, Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Visio;
- Stakeholder engagement and rapport building with external clients;
- Significant and demonstrable experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Insurance P&C domain with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Description : This role is responsible for requirement gathering, prioritizing, and creating conceptual prototypes; - Implement advance strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
- Should have minimum 6+ years of relevant experience of delivering complex solutions where the candidate has done the requirements gathering starting for the product development in the field of Insurance.
- Has worked as a Product Owner to Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Strong exposure to requirements gathering in Insurance P&C or reinsurance domain with primarily US Clients.
