Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/IIM/NMIMS (2-4 yrs)
HiCounselor is a VC-backed edtech startup based out of Silicon Valley. We build innovative software solutions for the education domain, job search, and online job application process.
Location: We are hiring a Business Analyst for our office in Delhi NCR. This is a hybrid position where you can work from both home and office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate will be working directly with CEO to tackle variety of tasks related to multiple teams at HiCounselor like strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and product development.
- You will be working with both US based customers/partners and team based out of India.
- Your role will be expedite project completion and help CEO focus on most critical items.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as research, timely follow-ups, coordination with teams, and planning.
- You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all relevant teams and customers.
- You must have some technical background to coordinate with product development team.
- Multi-task and prioritize
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech and MBA from top tier university (IIM, NMIMS, SPJ or similar)
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, program manager, or technology consultant
- Experience working with a startup is plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
