Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are hiring for Business Analyst role with our client Kuliza for Bangaore Location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing, building & implementing lending products for Banks and Financial Institutions; basis inputs from different end-users

- Convert needs into requirements & process flow

- Build/prioritize process roadmap and drive the tactical execution of key initiatives

- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to understand processes, policies, when to leverage other mechanisms and to validate effectiveness of desired solutions

- Play significant role in cross-functional projects and drive new business improvement opportunities, in partnership with other teams

- Lead the project and get the results closed in collaboration with Developers / Support Engineers and Quality Leads

- Provide timely, accurate reporting on performance of projects

- Should be able to work on business analysis, requirements gathering/maintenance and documentation, driving technical design and specifications, functional testing, strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination.

Must Have Qualifications:

1. Engineering from a premier institute

2. 2-4 years of experience in fintech or building technology systems for banks out of which at least 1-2 years have been spent in client facing roles

3. MBA freshers with 1-3 years experience of building technology systems are also suited for this role

4. Strong understanding of web applications & related protocols for service consumption (API - Rest, SOAP)

5. Strong communication and analytical skills with experience in client facing roles

6. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being established. Ownership and capability to work independently are must have qualities for this role
