Business Analyst Human Resource System
As part of the HRIS team, you will play an important role in executing initiatives and projects end-to-end across India.- You will work with a diverse stakeholder group including regional and local HR teams, IT, vendors, Finance and others.- As part of the role, you will also be responsible for providing functional production support for existing systems
Key responsibilities :
- Project Management & Delivery
- Quality delivery end-to-end to ensure requirements are delivered on time, and key goals are met
- Develop and execute integrated plans that include project deliverables, process improvements and ensure projects are executed by following standard governance framework/ policies
- Provide detailed cost/benefit analysis and form recommendations for project governance
- Anticipate, Elevate and manage project risks and issues as appropriate, proactively work to provide resolution/s
- Collaborate with different IT teams and vendors to design and deploy- technical solutions in compliance with security regulatory requirements
- Business Analysis
- Understand the business needs/problems and bridge gaps between HR business requirements and IT solutions
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and/or technical specifications
- Production Support
- Provide functional support on HR systems, including responding to end user issues, collaborating with the development team to analyze and resolve system issues and communicating resolutions
- Organize and provide training to end users
- Drive UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : B Sc IT or Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering / MCA/MCS
Required Skills/Experience :
Minimum :
- Excellent Business Analysis skills
- Extensive experience with system and process analysis, design, deployment and support
- Ability to learn new systems, subject matters and processes quickly
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
- Highly organized and agile with an ability to adapt to handle multiple projects and tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred :
- Experience working in a multi-national organizations preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, procedures and standards policy and procedure development techniques is a plus
- Working knowledge of HRIS and HR related systems
- Experience in process improvement preferred
Experience Level: At least 2-5 years
