Business Analyst - HR System (6-10 yrs)

Position Requirements

Education Required: BS in Computer Science, Physical Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience required

Experience Required:

- 4+ years working in a Shared Service Environment

-6+ years combined experience support of:

- Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS HR, and Oracle EBS Time and Labor

4+ years combined experience support of:

- Core HR processes, performance/goal management, compensation/bonus management, and recruiting and onboarding; interfaces to external systems such as for payroll and benefits

- 6+ years participating cross functional teams

Functional Knowledge:

- Thorough knowledge of HR processes

- Thorough knowledge of business process documentation tools

Technical Knowledge:

- Expertise in SQL

- Expertise in Oracle Fast Formula

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- This individual will be accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management

- This individual is responsible for operational delivery as well as broad, multi-function, global and multi-site strategic leadership

- Providing leadership and guidance on implementation and support of human resources systems with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS HR, and Oracle EBS Time and Labor

- This individual will be accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management

- This individual will work closely with business owners, system developers and vendors to achieve results in support of business strategies

- Manages IT project teams and/or service units with specialists to ensure results meet negotiated customer expectations and adhere to internal IT standards, methodologies, and strategies; accountable for planning development initiatives

- This individual will work closely with IT management, business owners, BAs, developers and vendors to achieve results in support of business strategies.

- This position will also be required to lead and manage projects with a medium to high degree of complexity

- The incumbent will be responsible for meeting IT performance and reliability goals and business Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

- The team member will be responsible for drawing conclusions, providing consumer insight, and making recommendations based on strategic understanding of the data collected by working with the technical team and the business analysts

- This role requires the ability to be flexible and operate both strategically and tactically

- This individual will be responsible for defining effective, risk-based strategies, delivering the development for the IT projects, and accomplishing streamlined delivery efforts while meeting project objectives as well as business partner expectations

- This individual will be working with the analysts in the delivery processes from initial implementation through the deployment state
