Experience Required -5 to 13 yrs.

Education- Mandatory B.Tech/BE/ BCA & B.Sc (Technical)

You will be responsible for Requirements Management for Implementation clients. This position requires having business and client facing experience with an expertise on the delivery of projects. As a Business Analyst you will be working closely with the Health Brokering and Consulting teams to deliver multiple regional client projects

Requirements Management :

- Connect with clients to collect requirements.

- Perform high-level assessment of the functional, technical requirements of the client.

- Perform an Initial Project Feasibility (ROI, Business Case) analysis.

- Understand the project's vision and requirements and contribute to scoping discussions and creation of requirements documents

- Document various client requirements i.e. benefits design Specifications, data requirements, reports requirements, admin requirements, branding & communications requirements and acquire client signoff before system configuration.

- Adhere to the implementation methodology for the client delivery i.e Initiation; Requirements; Design & Configuration; Testing & UAT; Go Live; Project closure.

- Participate in implementation lifecycle, reporting status and highlighting risks to project manager in timely manner.
