- Minimum of 6 to 10 years hands on experience as Business Analyst (For Claims, Claims Processing, US Healthcare background is mandate)

- Ability to create business requirement and functional specifications documents

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

- Should be able to work with minimal guidance, and take ownership of the delivery

- Health-care domain experience will be an added advantage

- Understanding of the basic Testing process and tools

- Knowledge SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting

- Exposure to Scrum delivery would be an added advantage.

Job Description: Payer and Provider

1. Solid work history with minimum of 8 years of delivering business analysis with notable experience in the US healthcare industry (payer side/Provider) and running the Product Backlog in an Agile environment.

2. Individual with exceptional skills in communication (verbal and written), facilitation and presentation, and highly accomplished personal organizational and management abilities.

3. Performing functional tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals and guides, requirements traceability matrices and in-depth data analysis using various tools like Tableau, Power BI.

4. Experience in engaging with customer stakeholders and participate actively in requirement workshops, translate requirements into Epics and user stories.

5. Experienced in Healthcare IT Integration Standards such as HL7 & FHIR Platforms.

6. SQL knowledge and experience (ability to write simple to modserate complexity queries).
