Business Analyst - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
- Be able to create benefit plan design, perform configuration tasks, perform unit testing
- Be able to configure and schedule standard provider reports and creates new reports for payroll and all simple-medium-complex tasks as defined in the matrix
- Perform peer review and offer guidance on Medium/High complexity configuration to other configuration specialists
Requirements Management :
- Connect with clients to collect requirements.
- Perform a high-level assessment of the functional, technical requirements of the client.
- Perform an Initial Project Feasibility (ROI, Business Case) analysis.
- Understand the project's vision and requirements and contribute to scoping discussions and creation of requirements documents
- Document various client requirements i.e. benefits design Specifications, data requirements, reports requirements, admin requirements, branding & comms requirements and acquire client signoff before system configuration.
- Adhere to the implementation methodology for the client delivery i.e Initiation; Requirements; Design &Configuration; Testing & UAT; Go Live; Project closure.
- Participate in implementation lifecycle, reporting status and highlighting risks to project manager in timely manner
- Healthcare experience is preferred
