Job Title -Senior Engagement Manager Experience Required: 14-years & above (10 years in Instrument Data) Qualification: Graduate / MBA's preferable Responsibilities: - Experience in handling mid to large sized teams. - Hands on Experience to key Instruments/Securities Reference data functions like Security Master, Corporate Actions & Pricing. - Act as the Operations Delivery Lead for Reference Data Management team supporting various Projects (Change the Bank). - Interacting with Internal and External Stakeholders to understand the upcoming change requirements - Planning the Operations capacity/delivery for multiple projects taking into account: Duration, Skills, Tasks, Effort size. - Ability to prepare Statement of Work, Task Order. Understanding of Commercials, Margin management. - Understanding of the front to back flow; sourcing to distribution of reference data. - Ability to assess the impact of system changes on operational processes and provide the sign-off. - Minimizing operational risk through the effective implementation of appropriate controls and process improvements - Produce project health status cards for various levels of recipients. - Coaching & Mentoring team members - Conducting quarterly feedback sessions & annual appraisal Requirements : - Demonstrated project Leadership skills in Banking & Financial Services domain especially with instrument Data - Working knowledge of IT systems and applications - Proven track record of handling change management for large bank programs - Understanding of regulatory reequipments for Change such as MIFID2, BCBS, Volker, Basel..etc. - Knowledge of data vendor systems such as Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, SIX FI. - Domain knowledge and SME on FNO and derivatives asset class - Project management Skills. - Excellent Analytical, Written, Oral communication and Presentation skills - Problem solving & Solution identification skills - Technical skills viz., SQL, Informatica and various database functions, would be an add on.
