Business Analyst - Functional - Basel Credit Risk (3-10 yrs)

Educational Qualifications (examples listed below) Key Skills(examples listed below)

MCA / MBA / BE / MSc / B Tech or BSc IT / Graduation a) 4-8 years experience which could be a combination of

a. Technical domain understanding across Banking Applications, especially Oracle's OFSAA Application.

b. System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Documentation, Communication

c. Exposure to Various product lines mentioned "Credit Risk', "Risk Weighted Assets", "Basel II / Basel III", "Standardized Approach", "Excepted Credit Loss (ECL)", "Risk Estimation and Pooling", etc

b) System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Documentation, Communication

c) Good Exposure to domains of banking

d) Performance Tests / Benchmarks, Integration with Autosys, TNG, etc. related tasks.

e) Constantly identify initiatives to improve process efficiency and TAT's.

f) Vendor Co-ordination - Interact with Vendor on-site / Off-Site Delivery Teams for getting deliverables as per Project Timelines, tracking slippages, ensuring quality of deliverables and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures

g) Good to have if exposed to

a. SDLC and STLC & Performance testing concepts

b. Awareness of Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing - UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.
