Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and coordinate the entire IT project cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing project phases

- Gather and analyze business requirements from users, coordinate with users to identify problem and improvement area in business process with consideration of different user scenario

- Define project schedules, managed activities, determines priorities and drives the resolution of issues and defects.

- Coordinates with business SMEs to capture & document data requirements , business KPIs & data quality rules, Validate user requirement specifications/functional design, Define Data Access Matrix based on Business User Personas

- Translate the business requirement to internal IT application and infrastructure team and involve in User Acceptance Test to ensure the solutions deployed meet the business requirements.

- Test and Validate business KPIs and other domain specific data points during SIT and UAT

- Explain the requirements to the scrum team ,Participate in all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Demos, Backlog Grooming, Daily stand up etc.

- Closely work with product owner in prioritizing & maintaining the product backlog

- Drive business process analysis meeting to ensure business requests are fully understood

- Play a key role in the Solution Development Life Cycle to ensure the design fits user requirement

- Design solution and document in form of to-be business process, user requirements and training materials

- Provide process improvement advice with consideration of user pain points

- Track the effectiveness of application implementation through collecting end user feedback Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or other related disciplines

- 3 years or above working experience in business requirement study, business process documentation and reporting, preferably in retail or FMCG industry

- Experience in digital transformation project or ecommerce projects is preferred

- Exposure to business application systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, POS, Mobile services) is preferred

- Hands on experience in business process analysis and project management

- Demonstrate good English with good presentation skills
