Business Analyst - Fintech Startup

Role:

- Define the approach to solve the problem

- Critical thinking to identify better, faster and innovative approaches

- Identification, Extraction, and Tracking of correct metrics

- Recommend business decisions

Skills:

- Analysis tools (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS etc) will be an a Strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers

- Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and beliefs in verbal and written manner

- Proficiency in MySQL, Hive, and Excel

- Any Data Visualization Tool (e.g. MSTR, Power BI, Tableau etc)

- Knowledge of Statistics and Statistical an advantage

Persona:

- 2 to 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in fast-growing consumer startups (Ola, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart)

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech. Graduate from Tier 1/2 institutes (good regional colleges)

- Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
