Business Analyst

Looking for an Experience candidate as Business Analyst for one of the Leading Fintech Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with internal and external customers to design End-to-End integration solutions, enhancement specifications and implementation strategy.

2. Design business workflows adhering to the regulatory and audit requirements.

3. Assist in gathering and analyzing project requirements and creating user stories for development.

4. Articulate and translate complex information in clear, meaningful and structural way to suit audiences, convincing technical stakeholders of the customer with value-driven KPIs.

5. Organizing and participating in Scrum teams.

6. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge of technology systems and skills.

7. Familiarity with SWIFT and Payments infrastructure is a plus.

8. Knowledge in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA and Azure DevOps.

9. English language proficiency.

10. Prefer a minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in payments and FX space, ideally with a global financial institution or a Fintech company.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's/PG degree in business or technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
