Business Analyst - FinTech

Business Analyst role is the critical bridge between various business functions and technology.

Key responsibilities :

a. Work with various business teams (Product, compliance, operations, sales) to get brief business requirements and convert the same into detailed Business Requirement documentation.

b. Review and sign the functional requirements document and designs delivered by technology and signoff on the same.

c. develop test scenarios for end to end functional & non-functional testing of the applications/solutions

d. Perform the user acceptance testing and sign off on the same

e. Project Management of these projects

Skills :

a. Prior 2+ years of experience in handling NBFC tech platform development. Prior experience in IT function of NBFC or Bank would be an added advantage

b. Domain specialists with understanding of Loan origination and management systems to deliver business functionalities

c. Understanding of lending product, processes, & tools is important.

d. Good communication skills to ensure that technology teams deliver applications and products in line with business requirements.

e. Ability to conceptualise and implement a customer friendly front end platform.

f. Experience in a Fintech venture would be an added advantage
